Pitches are available from 12pm and must be vacated by 3pm, while rentals are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. for rental accommodations and at 3:00 p.m. for campsites.

You can continue to enjoy the campground’s amenities even after you’ve checked out of your campsite or cabin.

If you'd like to extend your stay by a few hours, late check-out is available during the off-season for €15 (subject to availability).

We have a late arrival procedure: simply let the campground know in advance, and we’ll provide you with all the instructions you need to easily access your accommodation.

We accept several forms of payment: cash, checks, vacation vouchers, and credit cards.

Yes, you can pay for your stay in installments. A deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance can be paid in one or more installments. When paying online, PayPal is available and allows you to pay in four installments, subject to the terms and conditions of the service.

In the event of cancellation, interruption, or postponement of arrival, regardless of the reason (illness, accident, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), the balance remains due and no refund will be issued. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance when making your reservation.

The campground accepts no liability. We recommend that you check your coverage with your personal insurance provider.

Yes, dogs are allowed at the campground. Pets are welcome at Campings Liberté, with the exception of dogs classified as Category 1 or 2. An up-to-date vaccination record is required. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the campground grounds, and their waste must be disposed of outside. Bags are provided for picking up waste. As for beaches, access depends on local regulations: some allow dogs, others do not. Please check with the front desk to find out which areas are permitted.

Yes, barbecues are allowed. You can bring your own or rent one at the front desk. Electric barbecues, however, are prohibited. Please be careful when using them and make sure they are completely extinguished. Picnic tables and barbecues are also available at the campground entrance.

Our campgrounds are not open in the winter. They welcome guests from April through the end of September.

For safety and insurance reasons, minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the campground's common areas.

We offer a variety of lodge tents, fully equipped mobile homes, and campsites for tents, vans, or RVs.

Yes, our mobile homes are specially designed to comfortably accommodate large families (5 people).

Up to 6 people can stay on a standard campsite. The Family & Friends campsite can accommodate up to 10 people.

One vehicle per parking space or rental unit is permitted.

A baby kit, including a crib with a mattress, a high chair, and a baby bathtub, is available for rent at a rate of €7 per day. We recommend that you reserve it in advance, as quantities are limited.

All accommodations are equipped with a drip coffee maker.

We recommend that you bring your own dish towels, dish soap, and food items (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The welcome kit provided upon arrival includes only cleaning supplies: a sponge, a small bottle of dish soap, a trash bag, toilet paper, a microfiber cloth, and a bottle of all-purpose cleaner.

Bed sizes vary depending on the type of accommodation booked. In mobile homes, the double bed measures 140 x 190 cm and the two children’s beds measure 80 x 190 cm. In lodge tents, the double bed measures 160 x 190 cm and the two children’s beds measure 80 x 190 cm.

Yes, a security deposit of €250 (by credit card or check) is required for each rental stay.

The campground offers a variety of on-site recreational facilities (petanque court, ping-pong table, volleyball court) as well as a food truck with a patio. A laundry room is available, and the showers, restrooms, and sinks are accessible to people with limited mobility.

The campground is a 10-minute drive from Lacanau Plage and about a 30-minute bike ride away, with well-maintained bike paths. You can also get there by bus; please ask at the front desk for more information.

Towels are not provided. Towel kits are available for an additional fee at the time of booking (€12 per kit). Each kit includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, and 1 bath mat—meaning 1 kit = 1 person.

Bed linens are not provided in most of our mobile homes (except for the Prestige line). Bed linen kits are available for an additional fee at the time of booking (€17 per kit). Each kit includes 2 pillowcases, a flat sheet, and a duvet cover. A children’s kit is also available at the same price, with one kit provided per child.

Accommodations must be left clean. If, during the final inspection, the cleanliness is deemed unsatisfactory, the cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit. A cleaning fee is also available at the time of booking, either when you book online or directly at the front desk, for €90. Finally, for a worry-free stay, we offer the Prestige option for €250, which includes making the beds upon your arrival as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
